Hello

I am Tunisian, me and my fiancé we applied for K1 visa. We are still waiting for the USCIS approval. In the mean time, in order to gain time I was checking the next steps via internet. But everything seems to be a bit complicated. Can anyone tell me how I can get an interview appointment from the American Embassy in Tunis and how and where I should prepare for my medical exam and how I can pay the visa fees.
