Hello I am US Citizen filing for Brother in India, I have few questions before i file my application.

1) Me and my brother don't have Birth Certificates showing common parents.

What alternate documents we can submit to show our sibling relation/common parent?

2) My Brother is married and have a child < 21. do i have to file 3 separate I-130 and pay I-130 fee x 3 or just 1 I-130 application will be sufficient.

thanks for you help.

PG.

You file only for your brother but you must establish that you have the proper relationship.  How are you related if not by a common parent.  If the category survives it is over a 15 year wait for an available visa number and undoubtedly the child will be an adult by then   When a number is available all parties that qualify to join him are added at that time ( wife, whatever minor children that will be about by then )

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

You may contact the hospital you guys were born in and ask the hospital to write a statement or two saying that you and your brother are biological children of the parent. You may show school report card (10/12th grade). You may also MCD (a local ozganization that keeps all the birth records).
