Hi everyone, thanks for reading this post. Actually, my dad filed for my sister who has a priority on March 2012. She recently got married and gave birth. What should my dad do? Will she come with the husband and daughter? My dad is a US citizen. How long will it take? Thanks once again.

Assuming she is not from Mexico or PI she has about a 7 year wait. All that is needed is to update that she is now married.

He has to notify nvc that your sister category has changed.. She's now in category F3, unfortunately they are processing priority dates from 2005 so she has a 7 year waiting period .

I do not understand your first sentence, daughter will be a derivative and will still be young enough to immigrate with her parents.

Hi,

As mentioned, you sister will now have to wait longer or not migrate to the US. We do not condone fraud on this site. Please do not solicit information on how to withhold the fact that your sister is married. Your father will have to notify NVC.

If your sister is adult enough to get married and have kids she is adult enough to have a life in her own in her country.
