My wife is a Filipino citizen and we are using the rapid visa people to help with her spousal visa. They are a God send as they made it incredibly easy for us. My question is this: 

 

Is there any similar website for the CRBA as the amount of paperwork they are wanting for our son is overwhelming and way more than her visa. 

 

Please any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here is a checklist for CRBA requirements when submitting through USEM (Manila):

We are going through the CR1 process and CRBA process now at the same time...about 2 more weeks we should have our PSA/NSO certified birth certificate for our newborn. We requested an advance endorsement...hopefully we will receive it soon. Good luck on your journey!

K1 and CRBA process for me....Sent in CRBA packet last week and just got confirmed CRBA appt for when i am back in Manila in April.

Only thing the letter stated I was missing and needed to bring was my Proof I was living in the USA prior to her Birth in 2015.

I have my Tax Transcripts and W-2's from 2014,2015,and 2016 and also my paycheck Statements from 2014 and 2015.

 

This should be enough proof,Correct?

17 March 2017 (Fri): USPS Priority Mail to Lewisville, TX

21 March 2017 (Tue): Delivered to Lewisville, TX

27 March 2017 (Tue): NOA1 via SMS and e-mail - petition assigned to CSC 

1   April 2017 (Sat): Received NOA1 I-797C Hard Copy

25 July 2017 (Tue): NOA2 approval 

29 July 2017 (Sat) : NOA2 Approval notice received by mail

8 August 2017 (Tuesday): NVC case number received

9 August 2017  (Wednesday) : Left NVC for Embassy

10 August 2017 (Thursday): Manila Embassy received and ready status on ceac.

5 September 2017 (Tuesday): Medical Exam SLEC.  X-Ray Positive so Sputum test ordered. Appt for Sputum set

27 September 2017 (Wednesday): Sputum exam x 4 days

1 December 2017 (Friday) : Sputum exam Completed and Vaccinations given . Ready for interview .

7 December 2017 (Thursday): Interview and approval

12 December 2017  (Tuesday): Passport with Visa ready to be picked at 2Go.

I found that a lot of the paperwork used for my K1 visa application,  I could also use for the CRBA for our baby. Travel documents,Pictures, Passport stamps were almost identical.

only thing i need different is proof of USA residence prior to her birth in 2015 which is easy to get. 

Tax documents,Paystubs,Mail etc.
