Our PD is March 24th - Nebraska.  I'm sitting on pins and needles right now seeing all these dates around us - nervous we're going to get an RFE; checking the apps every 5 nano-seconds.

Finally!!! After waiting 262 days received approval notice today. Approved on 12/4 PD march 21st TSC. I think I just lost all the weight I gain during this long frustrating process..  All who are waiting it's coming.

Note:  no RFE.

I'm also a presenter on March 10, I'm already going through the NVC process, Anxious to finish this whole process ....

uscis approved our i-130 in late oct

case transferred to NVC nov 23

NVC received the case on december 4 and says they are putting it into their system which could take until dec. 14.... that is a long time to just get it from one office to another.... so slow

No, they don't work on weekend.. It may be that the system is slow and updates are received on those days!
