I knew it was coming as most of what I have seing for March is RFE's, like I posted previously. Oh well, at least cases are being reviewed. Good luck to you.

I guess i"ll be the last one to get an approval from march the way this is going. My case hasn't even been assigned to an officer.

I didn't even know that was a thing. Mine still just says 'case was received'. Figured the next update would be about NOA2 but there's a step in between? (In terms of the online case status I mean?)

Our PD is March 24.

 

I keep checking USCIS multiple times daily now because I know they are moving in March.  I fear, like a lot of you, we're going to get an RFE.

 

I don't like how VJ or USCIS hasn't updated processing times to reflect what we know they're working on.

 

Patience is not one of my virtues.

No there isn't an update in between.  I did an info pass yesterday and the uscis officer looked it up.

I feel sad for everyone getting rfe notices!!! But I also feel happy you was not lost in a shuffle!! Hopefully this will move you faster and please I'd love to find out if it random what they ask for or if it pacific to each case? Cuz anyway I can be prepared I'd love to know especially if I need anything from my husband because the mail from him takes forever!!!!! Each time it is sending a month in advance even for 3 days service!!!
