I am praying this for all of us we have waited a long time!!!!! I had my count down set on my phone for dec 15th!!!! Yet now I check the timeline it moved to dec 31st!!!

Don't worry I see people from march 6th moving you are the 15th and I am the 29th!!!! This is good news!!!

Received an RFE today, pd march 21 TSC. They are asking for my G325A form, which my husband is sure he included it when he filed back in march. he will send it it come monday, together with the letter they sent, according to the instructions. anyway, does anyone know how long this rfe will bump up our process? 

 

another question, is the uscis website currently down? and the app too? i freaked out a little when i tried to check the app and it said 'sorry couldn't find this case' and when i tried the uscis website it just says 'connection reset' or something.

Sorry about the RFE. They will be doing maintenance Dec 3 from 5am to 6pm. So u wouldn't be able to check ur status online.

my case status for uscis finally changed. our noa 2 was oct. 23rd or so and only on november 23 did they send the file to the nvc. i called nvc and they dont register it yet. so it's more than the 30 days it says it may take on the noa 2...up to six weeks they say at nvc.

Good news for all...they must be getting through March cases, because our NOA1 was April 1, 2017 at Nebraska and we just received an email from USCIS stating that we’ve been given an RFE (bad news for us). I checked the app and it updated to RFE as well. Super frustrating because the email and app do not state what evidence is needed, so we have to wait for snail mail before we can do anything about it. We submitted everything we could think of with our I-130, plus hired an immigration lawyer, so I am very interested to see what else they need. 

 

Hopefully this means they are at least reviewing all of the March cases right now!  

I had received a RFE they wanted me to resend my husband divorce decree which I sent.  So I got a certified copy and sent it yeah it was the original but oh well.  It was the exact same one I sent them before they said it wasn't legible.

I got the letter in the mail on 11/28/17 and before they updated the UCSIS website.

The website was just updated on Saturday. 

I also have an attorney but I did the foot work.  I got the RFE letter before my lawyer did and I emailed the letter to them and saw what the letter was requesting.

So I went to the court got the certified copy and went to the post office and sent it 2 day delivery.

Hopefully it's something simple.  Good Luck
