Scroll to the bottom and look at the dates, how can these be on NOA2 already?

Maybe they had the circumstances that got them expedited. That's the only things that makes sense.

 

I saw some mid-Dec approvals in the USICS app, so Jan 4th seems legit for TSC. But Jujubsweet said she was only seeing Oct for NSC, so these seem to be quite the exception.

It would be nice if they even had a tick in a box to show special circumstances, rather than just a couple of applications that got misplaced at the top of the pile. Although looking at the graph on the right hand side it shows a steady a flow outside the norm.

Look at the graph with the blue bars (top right hand side) and their appears to have been approx 10 in December, 10 in January, 15 approved in February and even some in March. So are these people filling in their timelines incorrect and messing with the figures or are they genuine approvals?
