I-130 March 2017 Filers

So TEXAS PD March 27th and 199 days and counting no NOA2...

 

Called USCIS and asked to speak to a TIER 2 officer, told me i would get a call in 25 minutes and i did.

 

I asked if there were any updates on my case and that it has almost been 7 months and no decision yet.. he told me to be patient and that i should be glad ia havent received anything yet because that means my case is going well and that no further

 

evidence has been requested. He then said remeber this "no news means good news" and then told me to wait that cases are being processed and that i should be hearing something within a month..

 

Not sure what to expect anymore ive been checking april filers, feb filers, march filers people are being approved all around but not me. I used the near by tool on the app and put 30 cases before me and some after my were approved and others

 

around me were asked for evidence. And then some immediately after my case are on the same boat as me and all of us.

Ive asked!!!!! They said they are within normal processing times so no need to transfer!

I think California & Nebraska are in a race to see who can go slowest! And really so many jan-march filers are in waiting depressions and people in texas and potomac are super lucky they are blowing those apps through and already doing april!!!!!

hey  whats the name of that app you are using ? and whom is it made by ? 

just curious cause my USCIS tracker app don't show  the sub category that your's show on real time updates alerts  only shows that case similer to yours got an update lol

Its the USCIS app with the shield with the flag as a the icon. It might be the same app you have. If you click on "cases similar to your" for alerts you won't see all the info but if you select "all cases" you will then see all the details shown in the picture.
