So they sent i130 and i129?? Or they are applying for i129 only. I dont understand why they would send both if i129 is for a nonimigrant visa to work temp. In the US

For submitting an I 129 Form, you must have the NOA1, so they have filed the two forms, but the I 129F for k3 visa is an spouse visa you can use for traveling while they are processing the I 130 and you can also get a work temporarily permission, but nowadays uscis don't approved the k3 visa, what they do, and the life hack is, less people apply for the k3, so they get to the k3 application first, and when they touch the I 129 Form, they go to the I 130, and they have to approve it, because they are not going to approved the k3 visa, and they close the application and is when you get the I 130 approval, Texas service center is processing the I 129 F sent in may! So most of them are I 130 April filers.

Congratulations on your approval, you can send the inquiry for the type mistake online. Go to the uscis website and go to inquires, then select what kind of inquiry you want to do.

It's now been over 7 months since we applied and I am really struggling to stay positive. I miss my wife so much every day and the distance is so hard on our first year of marriage.

PD: March 3rd

Texas Service Centre

Why haven't we had our NOA2 yet? Heartbroken.

We have the same PD date but our case is in Nebraska. Next month will be a year since we got married. It’s ok, our time is coming.
