Texas didn't process not even the half of March filers

I look up for random cases in the uscis app for iOS. For example in Texas the service center my case is, I've been trying with some numbers until I found I 130 cases from march and then When I had identified the numbers related to march filers I tried to count the cases I saw approved or still received and in march filers most of the files still appears "we received your case ....." I know uscis don't update the cases in the moment they approve but is still a very big difference between "approved or sent to DOS" and "we received your case...." 😫

I, filed (i130 US citizen filing for spouse in India) for my wife in March 2017 and PD was set to March 09, 2017. Just checked the case status online and it was approved on SEPTEMBER 29, 2017 at Texas Service Center. 

No email or text notification!!!!! Which I signed up for at the time of filing and only received one notification back in March. So I guess don't rely on notification and keep checking online frequently.

it took us exactly 4 weeks to the day, for approval from NVC.  On the next day, we received another email with Interview scheduled date !!   But I have read that the interview dates are based on each specific Embassy.  Good luck to you all.

Have you heard of any approvals from february? One march person got approved in july, another in september and nothing else.
