Man, like every week my processing estimates for adjudication date always add one week to it. It like started from September 11-17, now it’s September 29- 1st week of October. This is crazy😔😔

How accurate is this timeline? A lot of people are being approved

How are March filers even in Nebraska being approved before November, December, January and February cases without an expedite? I'm a February 8th filer and I'm still waiting with people from previous months. What the hell, USCIS :(

The case with the PD of March 13th was approved through expedite. I don't think there are ones that have been approved without it for March.

I think it is important to be hopeful, but it can also be emotionally draining since it seems that it might take some of us 2-3 more months before we hear something. My husband sent an e-request (We are getting close to 8 months) and got a generic ''you're within normal processing times'' guess they can just invent new processing times that fit their new ridiculously slow processing times. Thanks, Nebraska.

Have you tried reaching out to your congress man? I would say give it a shot. They are very helpful.

that makes slightly more sense. I understand expedites and I support them in cases where they are absolutely needed for the family members. It is still heartbreaking for the rest of us. Wish ''my country is being torn by earthquakes and there are more than 300 people dead'' could be a reason but alas, natural disasters are happening everywhere, including the US.

Asked my husband to do if another month goes by and we're still waiting. Unfortunately, he is from Texas (which makes the being stuck in Nebraska even more annoying) so the congressmen are a bit on the.. conservative side. We are going to try, still.
