Yes is a different case.... That's for the previous case before the one I screenshot.

I will be really happy if they have started attending to February cases.

Hello VJ fam, this is my first time writing on here but I have been actively reading what's been going on. I am a March 2017 Filer as well.

PD: March 13th 2017

Nebraska Service Center.

My husband is the USC and I am currently in Ghana.

My NOA 2 just got APPROVED with the help of prayer and the congress man. Actually I don't think my status ever got updated to "approved" it was updated right away that its sent to the "DOS for visa processing" this happened on September 19th. I don't know the exact date it was approved and I haven't received a letter in the mail yet.

My husband contacted his local congress mans office and this lady helped him reach out to the NSC. She was very helpful and nice. She got back to us and told us that our case was with an immigration officer. As nervous as I was I was also happy and stayed prayerful and hopeful. Honestly I thought the NSC would get back to us saying they were backed up and I just need to wait. But they approved my case and I thank God for that.

I believe it was easy and quick for them to look over my case and review what type of person I am, as I already have a SSC #. I used to live in the US for over 10 years and that's how I met my husband. Last week Wednesday marks a year since I have been in Ghana.

I know this is the most difficult and frustrating experience ever, but God can make a way out of no way. I was always reading up on how I can get the i130 expedited and from my readings it seemed impossible. I also read that a lot of people who tried to get theirs expedited got denied. But My husband decided to try his luck by reaching out to the congressman. I mean when they decided to help I was very surprised. So for it to all work out, I know it was God answering my prayers.

Good of luck guys, pray and move in faith not fear.

Hello! We actually sent a mail to the congressman last week. My husband is currently deployed in japan. It might take a while for the congressman to receive the mail.

I know calling them is the best option. But once you call them, does the congressman staff ask for a signed form of disclosire from your husband? And that i believe has to be mailed right? (thats what we already mailed last week without actually calling them)

I just wanna know if thats not the case then i guess we better call them.

Yea they do request for that, so they can look into your case a little more. It did take a while for us to finally hear some good news though. Since We reached out to them sometime in May.

Man, like every week my processing estimates for adjudication date always add one week to it. It like started from September 11-17, now it’s September 29- 1st week of October. This is crazy😔😔
