Hello, Same with me. I had to called them in April because they had spelled my husbands name wrong. So is shows that name was updated in April.

hello all I got RFE  yesterday by email as well as my status show Request for Initial Evidence Was Mailed.

hope will receive their mail as hard copy soon so we can know what evidence they need.

Hey, dont worry it would be some missing document like birth certificate or some thing. At-least u know they are reviewing your case  Best of luck!

Hello our case was recive march13th USC.petiton 4 me FROM MY WIFE.Havemt heard anything hopefully we heard from them soon very nervous. My pd march13.and was sent 2 potomac!!!

Hi march filers.

My husband petitioned for me and PD is March 2, Nebraska service center. As far as I can see they are still on November 15. Can this be right?  Are there any March filers that has heard anything yet?

Does anyone know how accurate the processing estimates are? When I first filled out my timeline details, my estimated adjudication date at Nebraska Service Center was around September and now it's been pushed to November (PD March 20). I hope it doesn't take that long as other service centers are already on February. I hope we all get responses soon!

Just received the NOA2 in the mail. Potomac Service Center priority date 03/08/2017. Good Luck to everyone! What are the next steps. Can someone describe the steps.

Just called USCIS, of course they told me the same date (October 4th) as it shows online for Texas... so frustrating it's taking 10 months just for the first step. I just feel so sad right now. I don't even know when I'll be able to visit my husband due to just starting a new job. 😭 this just isn't right that it takes so long.. like whyyyyyyy. 💔😢

I don't think their site is up to date & the people that work there just read from the site! If you look at the TSC thread on here they are currently processing January & February at Texas...and it seems they are speeding up a bit...so hopefully it will be just 6 months! 😊❤️

I got approved on July 21 and I am still waiting for my case number at NVC. I have called them but they said that they did not receive it yet. How long it usually takes to they give a case number?
