Is any march filer received their NOA2? I just checked USCIS processing time for TSC and they're processing as of May 2017. We filed in march 2017, but we didn't received any NOA2. What's the difference in USCIS and here?

I think the USCIS made a mistake when updating their dates. My PD is Feb 10 and haven't heard anything yet. My case is at the TSC as well.

Well I hope they can update that ASAP so people can know exactly what date they're processing. This wait is not easy at all. Thanks Dan Jr

@indi91..where was your form rooted to? Mine was rooted to potomac and the estimated time is between 3 to 5 months according to igor's list on visa journey. Nabraska is between 5 to 7 months.

Hi guys, I sent my husband's package 17th March.  Got my first NOA within 10 days. Priority date is March 16th. Our case was routed to TSC. Still awaiting my second NOA. Checked the processing time for TSC and the dates jumped from 9/2/16 to 5/31/17. Not sure what's going on but I'm keeping fingers crossed here. Good luck to everyone!

It seems like USCIS processing times is not accurate but it you go to VJ processing times you can see people updating their cases. http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/monthly_filers.php?form=2&visa=3&scenter=3&option=3&sortby=2

as of right now it seems like they are still working on January and some February cases.

Not sure if this is the right place but I have filed I-130 and I-485 for my retired mother who was in the US on visit visa. I am a US Citizen. My status for I-485 says "Ready to be scheduled..." and I-130 says "Case Received". I got the MSC case number... I live in San Francisco Bay Area.

Im totally lost to what I'm tracking... there is no I-130 in NBC processing times. You guys keep taking about Potomac and Texas. Where did my app go? There is nothing on NOA1 letters.

I read this site over and over 30 times and can't figure it out.

welp! :)

It seems like USCIS "fixed" the processing times and it went from May 31, 2017 to Oct 4,2016 but I think it is still wrong because the processing times in VJ shows they are working on January and February already

Hello... I am still waiting for my approval (PD is Feb 28). I am seeing many February filers are getting approved. So yours should be probably next month. I will let you know once my case gets approved. Stay positive!

My spouse is in Peru. I filed to the Chicago lockbox because I was in Peru when I the i-130. Now my case is in the Texas Service Center.

I was working in Peru and I want to keep my job there, so I need to go back.  Can I file the i-864 affidavit of support directly with the consular officer or embassy in Peru?  Or does it need to go through the NVC first?

Will the US be reasonable in terms of domicile requirements? Like if I have property here in the US, isn't that enough? or does it need to be a house? or do you really just have to sit here in the US and physically be here?
