we have tried this. all that happens is they say we have no reason to speak to t2 and won't put us through.

Good news!! We called USCIS and they transferred us to a Supervisor. Pretty much he said we should be receiving a mail with  the explanation of the termination of I-129f which we just got today in the afternoon. And then he said just checking here your I-130 was sent to be approved. So it is. 

 

Plus the letter that we just got also say it. And is going to be sent to NVC for the interview.

So Super happy guys this things are so confusing but at the end works out good for you.

Great news , 

Hopefully I'll hear something next week on mine or get that i-129 closed letter

PD March 20. Got my i-130 approval letter today. It was created on 12/29/17. Thanks god. 

 

K3 was terminated. Going trough CR-1 process.
