Our RFE was received yesterday Jan 3. Can't wait to get an approval.

Woop woop! NOA2 received by mail yesterday. No change on website but NOA2 date of 20 December.

Then, like two hours after getting the letter, our status was changed online to "On January 3, 2018, we sent your case to the Department of State for visa processing."

 

So exciting. Thank you to all of you for being an amazing source of mutual support over these awful months.

March 23 and I'm still waiting for approval or RFE in NSC ... anyone with the same PD in NSC to give some news?

Hi Everyone, 

My I-130 was received on the 10th of March. Since then we haven't heard anything. Is there any way to find out what is going on? the fact that they are processing April and ours has not been approved yet I am starting to worry.

Is there anything I can do besides sit and wait?

You can call the center and ask to speak with tier 2 representative to inquire about your case. I am also waiting 3/28 Texas but all they told me is that it takes time

March 20 , got an updated on my I-129f saying “ Case Closed Benefit Received By Other Means” and now It was updated saying termination. Explanation was mail. But my I-130 wich is March 20 is still “Case was received” 

 

what  are your suggestions about this?

it means they are going to work on your i-130 instead. you should be getting an approval or rfe soon.

Wow I was very scared, hopefully is a straight Approved. Im still thinking in faking to get an update from them.

I got the same update on my i-129f yesterday 

I really hope it's an approval on i-130 for both of us , don't wanna get hit with RFE ( already told my wife that we got approved 🤣🤣🤣)

got paper NOA2 on January 2nd and got text and email saying case forwarded to NVC january 4th. called NVC they said to wait 6 weeks. wishing everyone the best. hang tight everyone, Joy comes in the morning. Amen be encouraged!
