My status hasnt changed online..still saying rfe received. I didnt sign up for email updates..when was your rfe received by them?

We sent urs about a week ago, not sure if they received it yet, cos online status didn t say receive yet.

Give it another week and call them.

They dont usually update the status online, especially if you didnt submit the form for electronic notification along with your I-130 application.

No updated online, I had to call and ask for a tier 2 officer.

So very happy and pray for everyone else's approval.

You dont need an account to check your status. Go back to the main page of uscis and click/touch case status, enter your case # and that's it.

Also, Reset your account by clicking/ touching forgot password and enter a new password.

Hi Everyone, 

My I-130 was received on the 10th of March. Since then we haven't heard anything. Is there any way to find out what is going on? the fact that they are processing April and ours has not been approved yet I am starting to worry.

Is there anything I can do besides sit and wait?

I had tier 2 sent service request 

But for me I just got generic reply back , 

Your case is in line for processing please wait 60 days etc etc
