Approved! Just checked my mail for the first time since the 23rd so it might have been in there awhile -- it says approval date is Dec 22. Still no email or update online. Our PD was April 7, nebraska.

I spoke with a tier 2 supvisor said there nothing wrong with my case it’s just processing but he sent a service request to the service center that’s dealing with my case anyone had this happened to them?

I am still waiting on the NOA2 after verbal approval on the 26th. No change on the website either. I tried calling NVC yesterday and they haven't received the package yet.

We pretty much asked for it and kept on insisting we speak to a Level 2.

Some reps are very helpful and will just connect you through, while others might disconnect your call.

Hi, it might take a few days for them to mail out the notice after approval date. My letter was mailed a couple of days after approval date on the notice. I s/w with a tier 2  for status and they told me that the case was approved and when notice was mailed. Then, I received a case update a few days later after receiving NOA2 saying case was sent to NVC. I was confused since on the notice it said that the case was already sent to NVC, but in reality the case was officially sent to NVC last week. I s/w NVC and they confirmed when the petition was sent to them and that they already received it.

Finally, I got approved yesterday after RFE. PD March 21st, Nebraska

No updated online, I had to call and ask for a tier 2 officer.

So very happy and pray for everyone else's approval.

Trying to check my usics status online, it said my acct has been blocked.  Has anyone experience that? Cos I check about 2 hours ago. It was fine. But now it blocked🤤
