Phone call went well, the representative was very helpful.

Case approved December 15 :dance::dance:

He said notification was sent to embassy in Dublin rather than post to our address, not sure why.

FINALLY!!! After 268 days our case was sent to the Dept of State from Nebraska. I checked case status this morning at 7am as usual and it said Received. At 8am to my wife and my surprise, I got an email saying it was sent to Dept of State, and it showed online too. Just when you think it won't happen, it does. I'll update my timeline now. PD 27 March.

Congratulations to everyone one being approved!!!! They finally updated my rfe yesterday now the wait to approval!  I am as always continuing to pray for us all!!!!

A lot of approvals could be caught up in the Christmas post.

I would suggest making a phone call to USCIS at 1800-375-5283.  My wife phoned yesterday and when she got though she just said she was told to speak to a tier 2 representative. The guy said no problem and transferred our call, got the automated service asking if she would like a call back to the number she dialed from and answered yes. The automated service said 62 minutes and right on time she got a call back.

The tier 2 guy seemed surprised and said the approval was only given a few days ago and he would have no further information for us as its too soon. I think he was under the impression we wanted something else, we just wanted to know if the I-30 was approved.

It's just nice to know you have the approval, I am more than happy to wait for the notice when it arrives.

Congratulations.... i tried it twice the first Immigration officer told me my file was awaiting assignment to an officer(this was yesterday), then i spoke with another one this morning who was surprised it is taking this long, he said i should give it a few more weeks to hear from them. he said not to worry about the petitions, he said the petitions are fine that i should just wait for information from uscis whatever that meant......... finger crossed
