The mail date, thats what I did, as not everyone gets an email and/or online update. Anyway, the difference is just a few days, not really a big deal.

Just asked my husband the date on the notice, he said 7th that was the date I got the online update too.

Just got an email from USCIS saying my name was updated on my application and it is in "initial review" hopefully that means i'll get something soon. Seeing that someone said they got an RFE for a wrong sized photo, I hope I don't get one as well because my husband's photos were also not the required size. 

 

PD march 21st if anyone cares to know.

Our case was received 264 days ago. We have been waiting for I-130 since March 23rd. Can anyone predict our timeline?

My NOA1 (the date they send the letter) is listed as the 23rd but my priority date (date they processed my application and listed in the PD section of the letter) is the 21st
