You check for the address of your service center on your NOA1 letter. usually at the bottom.

Your case number also indicates your service center...  (First three digits of Nebraska's are LIN i.e. Lincoln).

We are facing the same problem too....we received the letter on 12/02/17 and theres no online update.....we are planning to call uscis this week nd check whther our case got transfered to nvc or not....

Hello,

So I received my RFE letter today.

They are requesting a copy of the foreign language marriage certificate from which the English translation was made, called "corresponding translation". I did not know I needed to send the marriage certificate in both languages!! I only sent the translated English copy. I wish I did!!!!
