Congratulations! Looks like some ppl are getting in snail mail first and others are finding out through website/e-mail first.

NOA2 Approved!  PD March 10th  Approval Dec 12th  Arrived Dec 16th  (Nebraska Service Center)   I am so happy!!!!!!!!!!!! Best Christmas present imaginable...

Although they still way behind it looks like Nebraska finally moving a lil? This is not my case just one off app that's was similar to mine

Hello together,

 

This is my first post and I decided to come up with our case, as we are March filers as well.

We had NOA1 at April 5th.

According to NSCIS something was mailed out on Oct. 2nd which matches to the informations online. BUT: And now here comes the but :-) : Online it shows "Appeal was dismissed". Strange thing, we have never put in any "appeal" as we have never received anything else then NOA1. Seems their website is seriously confusing.

So in this case we are waiting for the mail who was sent out Oct. 2nd and hope this will be the approval for our I-130. (Also never received any RFE request).

 

It is TSC.

Has anyone received from NVC yet that got approved??? I have not received anything and it has been almost 3 weeks. Also the uscis website is still not updated for me. It still says "case received" and no email or text messages. I'm confused.

The website isn't always updated for everyone. Just call the NVC directly and ask if they received anything.

Hi, it just might be an approval. You can always call USCIS and ask about it if you don't want to wait for the mail.

Are you looking for a direct phone number to the service center in Lincoln, Nebraska? If so, there is no number.  You have to call USCIS only.  If your call is for an expedite request they do that and send it to the service center.
