LOW INCOME AND UNEMPLOYMENT SPOUSE AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT

I need advice, my cousin got married last month to his girlfriend  they met 7 months ago here in the United  States. His wife is planning to file I-130 and adjustment of status for my cousin  but his wife is currently out of job since they got married in February her last income for past three years as follows 2014 (4500) 2015 (3335) 2016 (3567) now no job . How can she file affidavit for my cousin with this income and adjustment of status. I am afraid that their case will be denied and their marriage will be jeopardy. They are about to summit all the forms I 130, medical, affidavit of support, change of status etc forms to USCIS.  Please I need urgent advice as to what they need to do. They are genuinely married.

She will need to find a joint sponsor for the I-864. The joint sponsor fills out their own I-864 and provides their own documentation to support it.

1/2/18: EAD + AP approved (no website update), 1/5/18: EAD + AP mailed, 1/8/18: EAD + AP approval notice hardcopies received, 1/10/18: EAD + AP received

9/5/18: Interview scheduled notice, 10/17/18: Interview

10/24/18: Green card produced notice, 10/25/18: Formal approval, 10/31/18: Green card received

The joint sponsor can be any US citizen or legal permanent resident that meets the income requirements for the household size.   They do not have to be related or living together to sponsor :).

09/2015- Visited Nigeria again!!!
10/28/2015- NOA2 (237 day wait at TSC)
11/13/2015- Sent to NVC
11/27/2015- Arrived at Embassy
06/2016- Third visit to Nigeria!
06/15/2016- Interview, given option to file I-601 waiver.
08/16/2016- Waiver submitted (no lawyer).
11/21/2016- Waiver approved with expedite.
01/2017- Embassy requested interview. 
04/2017- Fourth visit to Nigeria.  K1 officially denied. 
04/25/2017- NOA1 for 2nd K1.
07/27/2017- Case transferred to TSC.
11/17/2017- Case transferred back to CSC.
01/16/2018- NOA2!! (266 day wait)
03/08/2018- Interview (AP)
05/03/2018- VISA APPROVAL!!!
05/14/2018- Visa issued
05/18/2018- Visa picked up
05/25/2018- HE'S HOME!!! 💙💙💙
