Hi everyone

i badly needed a help. Two years ago my notice of appeal for k1 was denied. Me and petitioner went down hill because he met somebody else. He decided to move on and he with her. Now I met a new man that filed a petition for me also k1. My question is, do you think that old case still active? I meant when i looked at it online its says decision mailed. "And we denied your I290b notice of appeal"I never made it interview because we got denied after NOA1, I think its unfair if this will be conflict with my new application. Thank you

Old case is closed/abandoned I believe. You will have to explain about your old case, everything is in record.

Oh my god nancyNguyen! That was a big relief.. been looking online trying to find an answer..  This is what written on the case status Application Type: I290B, NOTICE OF APPEAL TO THE COMMISSIONER

Your Case Status: Decision

On February 21, 2015, we denied your Form I290B, NOTICE OF APPEAL TO THE COMMISSIONER, Receipt Number EAC******. We mailed you a decision notice that explains why we denied your case and your options. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your denial notice by March 8, 2015, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

During this step the formal decision (approved/denied) is written and the decision notice is mailed and/or emailed to the applicant/petitioner. You can use our current processing time to gauge when you can expect to receive a final decision.

I been contacting my ex to make sure if the case was totally done. He said, that he wrote them a letter on 2014, that he wanted to cancel so he could refile. But that is the response. Really hope its all good now. Thank you so much
