what does my online status means for k1 visa

Hi, I have filed  petition for k1 visa. I already received my NOA1,my current status online says "document for petition i-129f was mailed'' what could be this document.

Hi, i have filed petition on February 8th 2017 and received Noa1 on February 14th 2017, now my online status says my document was mailed for petition i-129f. I called USCIS customer care they say they have processed my case and a document is send. I wonder if this is an RFE or denial letter.

If the online case status mentions that they have made a decision (but it doesn't say what they decided) and sent you a letter about it, then it's probably a NOID. You will only have 30 days to respond to it or your case will definitely be denied.

 

But just wait for the letter, it might be something else though I doubt it.

I am waiting anxiously for the letter. If i do not receive it as it was stated by march 30th 2017,than can i request them to resend the letter once again. Thanks for the reply.

Yes, of course - you can put in a service request online or call customer service in case you don't receive the notice when you're supposed to. https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/Intro.do
