Thank you for your reply and sharing the the link. That is in family based section though and most of post are in family categories. I thought we can have one for employment based as well. Or we can combine both together.

I sent my AOS application on February 21st. Packagewas received by USCIS on February 23rd. Check was cashed on March 14 and I received the emails and text messages on March 15th around 12.25 am.

 

Some people have to wait 3 or 4 weeks for their check to be cashed, others only wait a couple of days.

There'sa backlog at the Lockbox Facility meaning it can take longer for USCIS to get back to you.

I'd expect to get your EAD and AP in about 3 to 4 months.

 

It all depends on the case and if you receive an RFE or not.

 

I came to the US on a K1 visa.
