Question regarding differences in middle name

I recently sent in my I130 with all supporting documents to USCIS. On my I130 I have my complete name with full middle name  (i.e. John Jay Doe) as it appears on my US passport and naturalization certificate. Now I realized that on my driver's license and my bank documents I don't have full middle name written i.e. its only John J Doe. I know USCIS will require bank documents and tax returns for affidavit of support. Will this difference in middle name cause problem? Also on I130 and G325A in question where it asks for other names used I left those fields empty or wrote none.

That shouldn't be an issue. It's not a difference of your middle name, but a difference of showing your middle initial instead of your middle name.
