She has to be a co-sponsor by filling another Affidavit of Support form :) and submit other paperworks just like you do.

As already stated, both you and your sister can sponsor your foreign fiance.  Just make sure you BOTH fill out separate I-134 Affidavit of Support forms and BOTH submit separate supporting documents: tax transcripts, tax returns, W2's, bank statements, etc.

Your timeline is...incomplete. :time: Are you currently filing for AOS or a K-1 visa?

For a K-1, the I-134 only needs 100% of the poverty level for your household. Joint sponsors may be accepted, but a CO can also decline them.

 

If you're doing AOS, you need 125% of the poverty level for your household for the I-864. Joint sponsors are accepted. For a household member as a joint sponsor, they would use the I-864A.

 

Each joint sponsor must fill out the appropriate form and provide the same types of supporting evidence.
