Hi everybody, I have a question about

I-134F, my fiance still didnt file the tax return about 2016, But he already have the W2 from the both jobs that he Worked, and my interview is on march 28th. I would líke to know if i can Bring With me only the W2 that i have, or if they will ask the both, " Tax Return and W2".

Do you also have the rest of the support for the I-134?  if you do not already, get his bank letter and employment verification letter that's listed in the instructions for the I-134.  You can only take what you have, so gather everything else requested and go ahead to the interview.  Worst case is that they might put you in AP until you're able to produce the tax return papers for 2016.

 

Personally, I don't think you'll have an  issue as long as you have the other required documents.

01/2017- Embassy requested interview. 
04/2017- Fourth visit to Nigeria.  K1 officially denied. 
04/25/2017- NOA1 for 2nd K1.
07/27/2017- Case transferred to TSC.
11/17/2017- Case transferred back to CSC.
01/16/2018- NOA2!! (266 day wait)
03/08/2018- Interview (AP)
05/03/2018- VISA APPROVAL!!!
05/14/2018- Visa issued
05/18/2018- Visa picked up
05/25/2018- HE'S HOME!!! 💙💙💙

Hi i have the others papers líke pay checks from the both Jobs, bank stantment and of course the I-134 signed and Dated, But not the Tax Return :'(

Ps...what is AP ?O

Do you have the letter from the employer as well?  

 

AP is Administrative Processing- it's what they use when they need more documents, are still trying to make a decision, etc... many things fall under AP.

I have the letter from Employer.
