Hello!
This is my first post on this joruney that much of us are linving, my name is Edgar and i'm going to marry a boy from UUEE, so we already started all the proces for get the K1 Visa and we hope that time just pass more faster but we can't rush this type of things... but anyways, my request here is one of my biggest doubts in the world, and it's that "how can i visit my Fiance to the United States if i don't have a Visa?" i mean, im scare to mess up the process of the K1 Visa just because i'm not patient, so... if anyone here knows if theres any possible way to get a permition to enter to UUEE or to get a B1/B2 without damagin my main process. I beg you to support me.

You sure can apply for a visitors visa but having an i129f petition filed will show you have intent on immigrating and that most likely will get the visitors visa denied. It won't hurt your i129f application, so if you have the money to do so, go ahead.

as a note though, please work on your patience. This is just one step in a long road that is immigration, you'll always be waiting so it's best to be patient from early on

good luck

You can try and it won't hurt the process, but you will probably be denied.

My husband tried to get a visitor's visa in Mexico too but he was denied because of his relation to me.

His immigrant visa was approved later without a problem, though!

So, just try :) But don't get your hopes up.

Thanks a lot for the help! i know that i have to be patient, but sometimes it is hard to know how to deal with the distance without having breakdowns or momments of weakness... that's why i'm trying to see how we can see us again. I'm a real crying baby with this of the relationships and thats why im giving the opportunity of any chance to see him, and also he do the same when it comes to see me, but sometimes the money its a fact that really hit us really hard...
