Hi guys!

Plz help figure this out:

1- I am filling for cr1 visa, And I am using only my salary as the only income, Should I File for 1-864 or 1-864EZ, or both?

2- can I submit my documentation to NVC even if my paid fees still say in process for 3 days now! Thank you very much!

Yes That's right! I would like to use a shorter form but, how I can tell that I am qualified for 1-864ez? I read the instructions but didnt really understand!  Also I am applying for a tourist visa for my mother this way she can come with my wife. but I don't know if that visa would interfere with my CR1 when it comes to the number of household In my house, affidavitof support. ..plz let me know if you can help!

Don't know why as I was 100% correct in using I864EZ.  I decided it was easier and more timely to send an I864 than to argue about using the I864EZ.

After the fees are paid, you will get a notice that takes you directly to the site to fill out the correct form I 864 online

do not do and send in ahead of fees accepted

the other fee is for visa application and also works same (fee paid and site takes u to fill it out)
