Hello everyone!

We are still here waiting for our NOA2 and no progress yet! On April it would be a year since we're waiting for our case approval :( To our last inquiry they answered saying case is pending due to security checks..and it's been almost 2 months since that answer and no luck :( We have no idea what we can do! This so frustrating! I know we are not the only one with this problem but again this uncertainty drives us crazy! WE were even thinking to cancel the process and apply again, but our attorney didn't advise that .. if there is anyone who can give any information please share with me. Thanks beforehand

Hi! waiting for 1 year for NOA2 is not okay. I would say look into getting married and file for CR1 visa.

The USC can try to contact the local congressman's office to make an inquiry to USCIS. They'll need to sign a privacy release form. I would recommend this as a next step.
