NVC closed today? 03/14/17

Just called to get an update and got an automated response "We are closed today....call regular hours".

 

Any body know whats going on? Please share. Thanks.

And since NVC is located in NH they might be closed because of the weather also.

I received the same automated response stating that their office was closed due to Holiday.

 

I'm callling this morning 3/16/17.  I get an automated response stating that all customer service responses are busy, please call back later.....no hold on the line no nothing.  What is going on.  Package has been at NVC for a total of 56 days.  Frustrated.

I got the same response as well and the phone hung up immediately after that message (strange). I then called again and it went back to the usual automated menu & I was able to connect to an operator. Please try calling back
