Here's a quick question

I m.a canadian citizen n my parents live in Texas

I have a bar 212 a 6 c I

But I received 2 time I 192 waiver approved 1st one for 1 year now 2nd for 5 years just applied my 3rd one

Here's the thing now

My brother applied for me and submit i130 which will get current in a year so when I get my interview at Montreal I know they don't approve me since I have to apply for 601 right ?

BUT DO I NEED I 192 WAIVER APPROVED AS WELL ? OR I 212 FORM

OR I JUST NEED TO APPLY FOR 601

I MEAN LET'S SAY IF I APPLIED 601 AND GET APPROVED IS THAT ALL I NEED TO GET MY GREEN CARD OR DO I HAVE TO HAVE VALID APPROVED I 192 ( WHICH I APPLIED ALREADY )  OR DO I ALSO HAVE TO APPLY I 212 PLZ ANSWER SOMEONE

hi

there are no waivers for siblings petitions, but I assume with how long it takes you've been in your country for over 10 years?

since the siblings petition takes over 12 years, your ban should be up by the time you have your interview

I did talked to my lawyer even if my brother filled for me I can still apply for i601 if I have a us citizens parents or spouse

My question is that when I get my interview done then do I just filled 601 or do I have to have a valid approved I 192 or I 212 as well
