oh, i called her but she was not came yesterday. so i left message in her voice mail. Today morning i received call from her and she asked me that do i want to close my I-129F case. I said yes n i said that my fiance is already here n i filed for him adjustment of status.

one thing i dont understand, how come she has info abt my I-129F file as it was moved to benificiary country.

Whatever, i m relexed now as it was nothing abt my current case.

That makes perfect sense now.

If for some reason the entry was not noted by CBP, at least we now know that someone will come looking.

It actually comforts me.

Im receiving phone calls too 2 days now but its toll free numbers. I dont know if its from immigration. They dont leave voice message. We just applied for aos couple of weeks ago and just sent the $70 bio fee 2 days ago. How can i track this numbers? Anybody can give me an idea?
