Hey all -- so it looks like I am going to visit my fiancee in Juarez and attend the interview. Today, I found out it would be over $75 to send the documents to her by fed-ex, and I haven't even finished compiling my financial docs yet so that would have been twice as much if I sent them today! If I am physically attending the interview, do I need to send her the documents or can I bring them with me to Juarez when we meet?

Thanks, you guys are the best!

She needs to review all the documents that you have included in the I-129F because the interview is generally based on that. You might want to send her those in advance and bring your I-134 + financial and tax related documents + new letter of intent when you fly there. But if you are going very well in advance before her interview, you can also bring with you physically and go through them with her personally.

Oh btw, I left out the NOA2 copy!!! That's IMPORTANT.

I suppose you can always scan her the I-129F stack of documents for her to look at first and then you bring the hardcopy with you when you travel. Don't forget the original flight boarding passes and all.

Bring the originals of the documents that you have submitted in the I-129F petition including the receipts. Also bring stuff from the time that you filed till NOA2 or the interview since those weren't included in the petition. These can show your continuous relationship.
