Have the G-325A  prepared and ready for when the RFE arrives.   If the G-325A is for the beneficiary you can complete and signed it in the Philippines then scan and email a copy to your fiance (petitioner), you can then later at the embassy turn in an original signed copy, if they ask .. no issues.

Visa chase and citizenship.. DONE!

Hi @Sagot? Is it okay to send a signed copy? I am thinking they might ask for all original documents. Thank you.

USCIS posted a bulletin stating a copy of the G-325A is allowed, but an original needs to be provided once the file is at the embassy.  I have  copy of the bulletin somewhere.

Don't know that that applies to the Letter of Intent though, so if your fiancee needs to send that, and anything else, you might as well include the G-325A

Yeah. They might as well need the original letter of intent. If they accept a copy for both thats a good news for me.? Is there a way to know if they accept a copy of letter of intent?

Never read anything stating they accept copies of the LOI, just the G-325A    Time to use FEDEX from the Philippines ;)

Well I guess thats the best thing to do.? I am really hoping that my old petition won't affect my petition now.?? I know the CO officer will ask about it. Some people here said that USEM is a risk. They might deny our petition when they see the old petition. It makes me confused.? Thank you so much @Sagot for all this! I appreciate it all.

Don't stress on the old petition.  You are not the first to have that happen, and the others had no issues getting their visa.  All will be fine, just answer all questions honestly.

Honestly it really gives us stress. But we have to think positive. Yes I will answer all the question with all honestly.? I don't know what are we gonna do if they will tell us that my ex need to cancel it before my fiancee could file a petition for me again. But like what you have said I hope they will give a BIG PLUS that it happened years before.?

They won't ask for your old petition to be cancelled first.  That isn't an issue.
