These are the addresses as per USCIS's I-129F page:

The USCIS Dallas Lockbox

For U.S. Postal Service:

USCIS
P.O. Box 660151
Dallas, TX 75266

For Express mail and courier deliveries:

USCIS
Attn: I-129F
2501 South State Highway 121 Business
Suite 400
Lewisville, TX 75067

Are you sure you got the address right with the numbers and all? :) What date was the "the business is closed" update?

That's kinda odd considering March 13th is Monday so it's impossible that the office is closed. Try contacting USPS to follow up with them and hopefully they can track down your package. However, it's unlikely that they would forward it to the Dallas location as your recipient address was Lewisville

thats great, im in japan now for a deployment but im going back stateside pretty soon. im hoping my package doesnt get lost in the mail if it gets sent back to me.

Do you have any family members that could help you to call USPS to check and get things figured out beforehand? I am really nervous for you and your partner.

If you can call USPS, you should ask them about wanting it to be forwarded to a different address because I truly have no idea if it can or cannot be done.

what address did you send to? dallas or lewisville?

We sent our package to Lewisville via FedEx 2-Day 10.30 am. It was delivered directly to their mailroom on a Friday and signed by a staff. By the next Wednesday we received our NOA1 text and e-mail, waiting for the hardcopy now.

they send NOA1 through e-mail? i didnt know that. thats cool..so lewisville too? hmm. i sent from usps express. thats the confusing part. it says on the webpage for usps-dallas but for express-lewisville. maybe i will get a new update tomorrow and if still closed i can try to re-direct to a different address.

If you have included a G-1145, which is to receive notification via text message and e-mail, they do just that so you know about your NOA1 "unofficially" via text and e-mail first. In the text and e-mail, there would be your receipt number, which can be used for tracking on myUSCIS page. Anyways, between 7-10 days, you will then receive your hardcopy/paper NOA1 and you must not lose that.

RE: Dallas vs. Lewisville... You got it all right. And because you used USPS Express Mail, I am pretty sure it should have been the Lewisville address. Dallas address is just a lockbox and nobody would be there to sign for any packages.

The hardcopy will have the NOA1 date and your receipt number that is the same as the one stated in the text and e-mail. No need for additional G-1145 to receive the hardcopy.
