Hi, I started my visa journey back in 2010 for a Spousal Visa. Due to some complications we had to put this on hold. In May of 2012 we were advised that our Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative was approved. We then progressed through the process and paid out heaps of money only to then be told that my visa was denied and that the case was being closed. I am now restarting the whole process once again and my question is, will the Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative that was approved back in 2012, would this still be current or do we have to lodge this again and pay the fees again? I was told that the I-130 does not have an expiry date and just want to know if this is correct. Please Help!!
