Hi all,

My Citizenship interview is on April 11th in Orlando, FL. I was wondering if I could travel abroad after this and before the Oath. Do you know how long after the interview I could receive my appointment for the Oath? Where can I check timelines in Orlando?

Thanks!

Yes you can absolutely travel after your N400 interview before your oath ceremony. The tricky part is most oath ceremonies get scheduled under a month so it can be an issue if you have to stay a little longer. A much better solution will be to notify the immigration officer on your N400 interview day to schedule you for your oath at a later date when you're back in the country. That can be easily done so you don't accidentally miss it.
