That's exactly what I was going to ask,   did you talk to CPB, or did your fiancé' just call you and told you he was denied entry?

 

Its not unusual for K1's to disappear once they made it into the USA.

Looking at timeline of JulieinMD, I was having doubts about what really happened compared to what was posted here. 

There has to be more detail on being rejected to enter at JFK. Something does not add up.

It could be. North Africa countries have been considered high risk before. 

What matters for OP now is what her next steps are going to be and then define a strategy.

I don't think we are going to find out, somehow. The timeline reads 2015, so I can't even think that would be accurate. We aren't even certain Tunisia is the correct country, having only gleaned that from the timeline.  Perhaps if he spent ages in AP it might, but the OP hasn't come back to say what the story is.

 

The thing of it is, the Visa was issued. Any question in regard to the validity of the relationship, or the person's genuineness as a candidate for the visa would have been settled before it was even printed in the passport. I find it highly unlikely a CO, on a whim, would turn someone away on a suspicion they weren't above board, or didn't like the look of them, and sought any reason to refuse entry.

 

All recent events aside, the border entry people have never ever had a sense of humor. No place to joke around, or come up with silly responses to 'anything to declare"?  It's serious business, and it isn't a matter of rehearsing your answers. It's a matter of looking the CO in the eye and speaking the truth. And that goes for anyone, from anywhere.

 

My concern here, is that based on very scanty information, which in itself is peculiar, the timeline for starters, we are going to see a whole lot of concerned people about to enter on a K1, who are now going to be freaked out and very nervous when approaching their POE.  What they are reading in this thread is pure speculation, we do not know for certain what actually happened. Into that gap we are inserting various  possibilities. That's scary when you cannot understand how this might, or will not, affect each person entering.

So many possibilities. Fiance lied to get the K1, then concocts a lie to the OP after entering the US. Or the truth comes out, sadly in front of CBP.

it is easy to check if he used the k1 or not. look up the electronic i94. and since it was a k1 he can only gain legal status through his fiance and with today's legal climate toward immigrants it would be dangerous to come here to stay illegally.

There is no (legal) way to lookup somebody else's I-94 without their permission:

 

"You are declaring under penalty of perjury pursuant to 28 U.S. Code § 1746 that you: (1) are only seeking records about yourself, (2) are seeking records about someone for whom you are the legal guardian, or (3) you have the consent of the person whose records you are seeking. You are not authorized to access this website to retrieve records of another person unless you are the person's legal guardian or you have the person's consent. "

AND.................................If he was denied entry, there is no I94 issued.......     she can not look it up if a I94 even existed due to reasons stated on other posts.

It's actually pretty common to be able to enter the same line together, though it's best to ask the CBP officer patrolling the back of the line what to do. Might say yes, might say no.

I would assume that they use some form of video chat. Should be easy to determine from that if he snuck in or not.

I did not know about that. I would recommend against doing the electronic i94 unless he gives you permission to look it up.
