Expedited cr1 pregnancy

Things happen, saying you guys should have reviewed the options beforehand is super pointless and not helpful. A lot have mentioned that there is no expedite for CR1's so your question has been answered.  I can only add that it's understandably going to be a hard process for both of you but especially for her, since pregnancy isn't easy by all means, and even less while separated from the one you love. Think of the next steps,  file everything perfectly, front load your petition with proof and try to see each other as much as possible. If you have a tourist VISA, check if it's an option for you to be with her for short visits to support her, but also be  ready for the possibility of being denied entry by CBP and bring enough documentation that show strong ties to your country, NOA1/NOA2, return ticket, etc. Be prepared for a long and frustrating process. Lol, if that was a reason for expedite I think a lot of K-1/CR-IR1 applicant would get pregnant. (The ladies, of course.. )

with in vitro fertilization having a baby can not even prove people were in the same country.
