Trying to work out the 90 day window...

This is really stupid. I feel dumb for asking. My conditional green card expires on June 11th this year (2017). Does the 90 day window start tomorrow? Can I post my application tomorrow? Or would the 90 day window start on Tuesday? I remember USCIS used to have a date calculator. I've counted the calendar and it depends on if you could the expiry date.

Tell you what I did...I counted back the 90 days, including the expiration date, and then waited 3 more days just to make sure I didn't blow it!

ROC should be filed "during the 90 days before your second anniversary as a conditional resident". Meaning you do not count the anniversary/expiration date itself.

90 days before June 11th is March 13th yes. This is the first day they may receive it. So you can overnight it today if you wish.
