Hi Everyone,

I'm getting ready to put in an service request for my husband's I-765 and I-131 since we filed them (along with his I-485) over 90 days ago. However, when I went to the USCIS website, I only saw the option to request information about my I-131. Here's the link I'm using (https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayONPTForm.do?sroPageType=onpt). See, in the drop down menu for "Form Number," there's no option for I-765. Am I on the wrong page of their website? Am I doing something wrong? Does selecting I-131 also include the I-765 since they will be on the same card?

Thank you all!

It was there just a few weeks ago. My guess is they were getting so many multiple SR for that form since they are currently backlogged and ppl are waiting 90-120 days or so, that they removed the option from the menu. When you call them you are only able to put in one SR in 30 days. If you put in one, next time you call they will tell you to wait 30 days until submitting another. For the e-request there is no such "block". You were/are able to put in multiple requests.

Call and put in your request instead. The option will likely return when they are back to normal processing times.

Ah I see, makes sense. I'll try calling tomorrow morning. Hopefully the holding time isn't too long!
