Vaccination help please

By PJD in Adjustment of Status (Green Card) from K1 and K3 Family Based Visas

I'm in the process of applying for AOS and my vaccinations are up to date, however on my DS-3025, MMR and Influenza were missing, and they told me during the medical to get these done by my local GP so my vaccinations are up to date, which I did. Do I just include the letter from my GP showing my medical history which lists the up to date vaccinations along with my DS-3025?

 

Any help would be appreciated.

No, since your overseas vaccinations weren't completed you'll need to have the vaccinations transcribed to the i-693 by a USCIS approved civil surgeon in your area. Make sure that they will do the transcription of vaccinations ONLY! Many CS's will tell you they'll only do the whole medical, which would ofc cost more. This is not correct, but good luck telling them that.

The medical is valid as long as you submitted your application within 1 year. You've already submitted.

I'm saying, you already submitted your AOS application. That means your medical is valid. The one year is only until your submit AOS. Getting one would be a waste of money, but that's your choice.
