We're currently compiling evidence that we have been talking since we've known each other. My question is: Is it okay for my fiance to take screenshots of our conversation/messenger call logs and send it to me as evidence or am I the only one who is supposed to provide the evidence of us in constant communication?

Both people should be doing it, IMHO. But if you're asking who should present it, it's for the interview so it's the beneficiary that would do so.

The exception is for front loading the I-129F, but that's not needed for PH.

At this moment, we're still compiling the evidences for the I-129F, specifically the constant communication requirement (Skype, Facebook messenger, Facetime call logs screenshots). Is it okay for my fiance to provide me some of the communication evidence via screenshots on her phone and give it to me and pass it as an evidence. Or the I-129F solely up to me to provide the evidences for?

There is no constant communication requirement for the I-129F. The proof of an ongoing relationship evidence will be needed for the interview. For the I-129F, you only need to provide proof that you met at least once within the past 2 years. The beneficiary can scan and send the petitioner evidence for this, and the petitioner can add in their own evidence.

Check the guide: http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide

Yes, screenshots for things like chat transcripts, photos, etc. can be used for the ongoing relationship evidence. Both parties can gather this, but the beneficiary would be the one to show this for the interview, so the petitioner has to get it to the beneficiary (scan/email/print, mail it, hand it over in person, whatever).

My fiance and I just filed and we compiled transcripts/screenshots from both sides. Put in a good amount of evidence in this petition so that when it gets to interview the only new  evidence you will need to submit is from the date you submit the petition to the date of the interview. As most will tell you it's a good idea to frontload your petition since some consular officers can be uncooperative and not even look at additional stuff. If it's already in petition they can't "not see it"

Front loading has pros and cons. For the Philippines, it's not needed...Manila is a fairly easy embassy to get through. But if you want to front load, you can. Just be aware that any evidence you submit can also be used against you.

Doesn't matter who provides the evidence. We frontloaded the I-129F, and I, the beneficiary, sent my fiance screenshots from Skype, iMessage etc. to print and include. I tried to make sure his number was visible in each screenshot of iMessage.

We submitted evidence from both ends. We personally felt that it would be better since a relationship is 2-way :) If you want to frontload, it is best that you scrutinize the pros and cons of each evidence that you'd like to include and make a conscious decision about it. It's not overthinking, rather so you are prepared for what might come your way at the interview. As per Geowrian, "any evidence you submit can also be used against you". Also, remember to double and triple check the entire package after assembly and before shipping it out.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.
