Hi, I'm from the UK. I'm kind of freaking out.

So, essentially I'm in the process of getting my fiance visa. I've done the medical and I've booked the embassy.

 

On the UK/Us embassy website it says I have to fill out the "notification of readiness" form before I book the embassy appointment. 

 

I have literally no memory of whether I did this form. 

I'm worried that I may not have done the form before booking the embassy.

Help.

Doing a search for you, and found this form on the UK/US Embassy website:

According to what the link says, sounds like you're still good to go as long as you fill in the readiness form.

Hopefully another VJ member from the UK can chime in on this as well.

I don't think you CAN book your interview until you've done it, but I don't think it'll hurt to do it twice. Here's the link: https://uk.usembassy.gov/visas/family-immigration/notification-of-applicant-readiness-form/
