Hi to all,

Our K-1 visa application was approved and has moved to the NVC. We have not been assigned a case number yet.  Perhaps, next week.

Our question is:  What forms will Chris (fiancé) be required to provide that I (petitioner) will need to give to Chris for his interview at the embassy in Bern?

Thanks for your help.

Filed: AOS (apr) Country: Philippines
Timeline

The petitioner will need to supply an original copy of the I-134 form for support and all supporting documents(W2's, tax returns, pay stubs, letter from employer).... if using assets then bank statements or appraisals of items like property, cars, ect..

The beneficiary generally will supply the embassy at the interview with birth certificate, police report(s), certificate showing they are single(if this applies to that country), divorce decree(s) if applicable...

Each country is a little different but those are the main items. Then also will provide further proof of ongoing relationship (chat logs, phone logs, photos and such if any other trips to visit were made, ect.)
