Hey all, just thought I'd pop in and see how everyone is and see if anyone remembers me :whistle:

Jake's getting so big... he's almost 10 months now! He's cruising, so close to walking because he is fearless!

Here's a pic if you're curious...

Hope everyone is doing good, and everything's running smoothly.

Johnny and I have been married for over 2 years now and we're set to apply to lift conditions this summer (6 months before it expires).

March 4, 2004 NOA 1

June 29, 2004 NOA 2

August 26th -- interview date - we need to complete a I-601 waiver so it's back to waiting again

January 6, 2005 i-601 waiver approved!!!!

January 21, 2005 VISA IN HAND

February 12, 2005 WEDDING!!!!!

March 10, 2005 mailed AOS and EAD applications to Chicago

April 18, 2005 EAD and AOS receipt dates for NOA

June 30, 2005 AOS RFE evidence submitted (translated birth certificate)

August 10, 2005 ---EAD approved via infopass appointment

October 18, 2005 - AOS interview in St. Louis - received an RFE for vaccination supplement

February 9, 2006 - denial for AOS letter due to the wrong form being submitted from the doctor. PLEASE MAKE SURE THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN TO YOU!!

February 16, 2006 - USCIS accepts the motion to reopen without an additional fee - finally something goes right! We should hear from USCIS St. Louis office within 2 weeks.

April 3, 2006 - Received welcome to America letter in the mail!

April 8, 2006 - Received GC in the mail - done for 2 years!!!!

March 1, 2008 - mailed off I-751

March 3, 2008 NSC delivery confirmation

March 10, 2008 NOA 1

March 28, 2008 Biometrics appointment

Legal Permanent Resident - just waiting for time to pass for him to have eligibility for citizenship.

10 year GC Approved - APRIL 16th ,2009 - Peggy and Jonathan's......

Still waiting for our cards...Had to file I-90 as they sent them to the wrong address.

March 9th, 2010, Received GC that has been lost in the mail for 10 months. Still waiting for my son's that is lost as well.

Filed Waiver for my son's 10 year GC and it was approved. He finally received his GC after its been missing for 2 years.

Thanking God this is over for 10 years.

yay! I'm remembered! (And I remember you guys too!) I'm glad to hear you guys are good!! What's new? Anything? I've just been staying home with Jake, teaching a couple classes, and just hanging around. My two older boys have been home all week on spring break, and I'm ready for Monday already!

Not too much new here...will just be graduating with an Associate degree in Accounting/Computer Specialty in May.... then will be looking for a general office position for now. Craig is working with my brother in his shop for the time being....and Corey is finishing up the 8th grade and gearing up for Babe Ruth and soccer seasons!

Good to see you around...stop back a bit more often! Jake sure IS a cutie!!! :) M.

ETA: we were married 2 years on March 26th as well, and Corey's spring break just started TODAY...YIPES. ;):lol:

Well I am going to be a Grandmother for the first time in August. So we are excited about that. I want a girl, just becasue I never had one. She goes next Friday to see what she is having. I have seen her ultra sound pictures and I think its a boy. Long as the baby is healthy and she is fine thats all that matters to us. We are just excited to have a new baby in the family. Already started picking up things for him/her. He/She is going to be beautiful just like her mom. (F) She is just a wonderful peron inside and out. I love her very much. We have a very strong bond, and that makes us both happy. She considers me her mom :D

I just wanted to mention if you didn't know already that you can't file to lift conditions till at least 90 days before the green card expires...

yeah, we know, but it will take us that long to get everything together with as little time as we have on our hands anymore :P

I've been away because for a long time there I had snatches of time to get online because Jake is a holy terror! First before he was mobil he wanted to be held all the time, and now that he's mobil I have to gate him in the living room and still watch him closely because he gets into everything! He's a climber as well. Sometimes I swear I'm losing my mind!

I'm trying to be a good girl and pop in everyday from now on :)

I'm going back to school full time in the fall so we'll see how that goes ;)
